Acceptance

By using Dovyfx you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What Dovyfx is

Dovyfx is a free-to-play social casino for eligible adults in Canada. It offers simulated casino-style games played with virtual chips for entertainment only.

What Dovyfx is not

Dovyfx does not offer or promote real-money gambling. It accepts no real-money wagers, holds no player funds, offers no purchases, and awards no cash prizes or prizes of real-world value. No activity here can result in a monetary gain or loss.

Virtual chips

Chips displayed in games have no monetary value. They cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, exchanged, redeemed or withdrawn, and confer no ownership or property right of any kind. We may adjust, reset or expire chip balances at any time, including to correct an error or address abuse.

Age requirement

You must be 19 or older, live in Canada, and have reached the legal gambling age in your province or territory to use this site. Dovyfx is not directed at minors. By creating an account you confirm that you meet all of these requirements.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. One account per person. Do not share access, and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to interfere with the service, probe or attack its infrastructure, use automated tools to play on your behalf, exploit a defect to obtain chips you were not awarded, create multiple accounts to farm bonuses, or use the site in any way that breaks the law where you live. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

Game outcomes

All game outcomes are determined on our servers and recorded before your browser is informed. The result recorded on our side is authoritative. Where a display error and a recorded outcome disagree, the recorded outcome stands.

Availability

The service is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, including individual games.

Intellectual property

The Dovyfx name, artwork, characters, game design and code are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may not copy, redistribute or create derivative works from them without permission.

Closing your account

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion is permanent, and your chip balance and history are removed with it. We may close an account that breaches these terms.

Self-exclusion

You may impose an immediate 30-day, 180-day, one-year, or permanent exclusion from Dovyfx in account settings. The account and personal data are deleted, and the same email address cannot create another account before the selected period ends. An active exclusion cannot be reversed early.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dovyfx is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this free service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Canada and the province or territory in which the user resides, without limiting mandatory consumer-protection rights.
